What does a 30-minute Pre-consult Appointment with Dr. Norm entail?
This 30-minute pre-consultation is for those interested in working with Dr. Norm Robillard through the Digestive Health Institute’s Consultation Services.
During this call, Dr. Norm will:
- Learn about your digestive and overall health concerns to understand your unique situation.
- Explain his consultation process, including the number of sessions, fees, and any possible diagnostic needs.
Dr. Norm will personally call you from our U.S. office number (844) 495-1151. If you are outside the U.S., he will connect via WhatsApp. (Regular consultations take place via Zoom.)
Note: Some countries do not allow WhatsApp calls. If this applies to you, please email rhea@digestivehealthinstitute.org before booking your pre-consult to arrange an alternative.

- A $49 payment is required at the time of booking.
❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be processed through the scheduling system at least 24 hours before your appointment to receive a full refund.
- No-shows and cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 72 hours of your cancellation notice.
