This 30-minute pre-consult appointment gives you the opportunity to speak directly with Dr. Norm, understand his science-based approach, and determine whether working together is the right next step before committing to a full consultation or program.
🎯 Purpose of This Pre-Consult
This pre-consult appointment is intended for individuals who are considering a consultation with Dr. Norm and would like clarity on his science-based approach to digestive and overall health through the Digestive Health Institute’s consultation services.
📞 What to Expect During the Call
During this 30-minute conversation, Dr. Norm will:

Learn about your health history and discuss your digestive and overall health concerns, including symptoms, test results, supplements, medications, and diet

Explain his science-based consultation approach and how it may apply to your situation

Review the consultation process, including session structure, fees, and any recommended testing

Help you determine whether his approach is a good fit for your needs and goals
Dr. Norm will call you from our U.S. office number at (844) 495-1151. If you are outside the U.S., he will connect via WhatsApp.
Regular consultation appointments take place via Zoom.
Important: Some countries do not allow WhatsApp calls. If this applies to you, please email rhea@digestivehealthinstitute.org before booking so we can arrange an alternative.

💳 Fee
This is a paid 30-minute pre-consult appointment. The fee is $49 USD, reflecting Dr. Norm’s time, expertise, and individualized attention during the call. If you choose to proceed, this fee will be applied toward a regular consultation appointment, a consultation program, or a retainer for complex health issues.
↩️ Cancellation Policy
Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance through the scheduling system. Appointments that are missed or canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
Your time is important, and so is Dr. Norm’s. We appreciate your commitment to honoring your scheduled appointment.
