And I must keep that in mind – all that comes with the aging process, even at the age of 46. 😉
I am happy to report that a daily magnesium citrate supplement, along with powdered Vit C Ascorbate in the morning on an empty stomach has been most helpful. Thanks, Norm!BrianaParticipantOctober 18, 2015 at 11:15 pmPost count: 5
Thank you, ScottB for replying. This really struck a chord with me when you stated, “I now believe LPR is a lifelong condition, that’s somehow related to anxiety. So I’m no longer expecting a cure. I’m just focused on management and keeping the symptoms to a minimum.”
I really believe this to be true, so very true. I think realizing this will help me to not feel so anxious over it all. I have a history of pretty bad anxiety issues.
I did not realize that probiotics could ease anxiety, so thank you for that and also the brand recommendation. There are so many out there that it makes it difficult to know which one to purchase.
I found the face book group and joined. Again, thank you for directing me there and your advice, tips and encouragement.BrianaParticipantSeptember 29, 2015 at 6:38 pmPost count: 5
I’ve had chronic constipation my entire life. Why then could it just now (at age 46) be affecting LPR? Also, I spent several years taking Mirulax daily (prescribed by gastro doc for IBS-C) and it was during those years taking the daily dose that I began experience LPR – when the Muralax actually helped me feel as thought I was eliminating normally – daily.
I no long take Muralax because of the controversy – petroleum derivative.
