I purchased Dr. Robillard’s book and have studied it and implemented the diet for 1 week so far. I used to eat many beans and little chicken and fish but now that I cannot have beans I am concerned because I believe beans are the healthiest way to get protein. I used to include a bean and sprout based protein powder in my green drink as well. Will I ever be able to eat beans again?
I am finding that I am extremely constipated. This was never a problem for me as I ate an apple a day and prunes daily, and about 3 cups of coffee.
How can I maintain this diet and correct my constipation naturally?

I had the same problem when I start on Fast Track back in February. I have tried two things that help a lot. You can use either one.
Liquid Carlson Magnesium – 1 at night (may need two in the beginning_
Health Force Intestinal Movement Forumla from HealthForce.
I also use Health Force green drink: Vitaminerals Green.
I have pretty much stopped eating beans, but eat organic chicken and wild fish for protein.
