I have one question though, is it okay to consume my 20-25g (of the 30g) of fermentable carbohydrates in one sitting? Usually I make a shake with 70g of peanut butter with tons of coconut oil and almond milk and half a bannana. I usually drink it at once. Will my SIBO still be eradicated, given that at the end of the day I consume less than 30g Fermentabel carbohydrates, even though I eat such large quantities (25g)of fermentable carbohydrates at once?
