I am struggling with these recipes in the FTD which serve more than 1 person. Today, I was meant to make Turkey soup, have some rice and salad with it. But, in the end, I realised the recipe was for 5 servings and I could therefore only have 1 serving – but how do I then split the soup into 5 portions? This stressed me out. So, I ended up free styling and probably went wrong somewhere. How do others manage this? I am only on Day 4 and would really like to keep my mistakes down to a minimum while I get my baseline info. Don’t stress about it! Measure the total amount in cups and divide the best you can by 5. Minor errors will not affect your overall progress on the diet.
