Hi all, first time here but having some success in removing my symptoms thanks to the book (I just got the app today as I ddint know that was available). Though could do with a few ideas of what I can make for lunch to take to the office. Anyone have some easy, tasty recipes that are either quick to make or good to store in the fridge overnight?
Getting harder for variety whilst trying to keep to the FP count, without having the chance through the day to do actual cooking. So anyone have some quick and easy gut friendly recipes?
