I have a couple of questions, both about rice items: first, the entry for Rice crackers refers to those little bitty Japanese crackers made from glutinous rice, right? And not to the thin rice crackers (Trader Joe’s calls them Savory Thins – their ingredients are rice & sesame, not much else – Whole Foods has some from Sesmark & a house brand).
And the second is, of the 3 listings for rice crackers, Rice cakes low amylose, Puffed rice cakes, and Rice cakes high amylose, which would apply to Quaker rice cakes? I’m interested in them because the FP diet is fairly low in potassium compared to sodium, and they come in a salt-free version.
