In the book there are three sorts that are difficult for me to recognize.
First there is butternut pumpkin, which is 7, then there is wintersquash which is 6 and pumpkin which is 2. That is confusing for me because I do not know the difference between pumpkin and wintersquash and I want to use the safest one in a recipe 🙁The tables list

Now its clear!This is the BEST by far almond flour out there for baking (the grainier stuff might be fine for crusts, meatballs, etc…) but this flour is awesome:
