In the book there are three sorts that are difficult for me to recognize.
First there is butternut pumpkin, which is 7, then there is wintersquash which is 6 and pumpkin which is 2. Thanks! When i looked i up, it was still confusiing because I saw pumpkin pictures with the wintersquash as well!

This is the BEST by far almond flour out there for baking (the grainier stuff might be fine for crusts, meatballs, etc…) but this flour is awesome:
