Does anyone know if the flatbread at Subway restaurants is the naan or flatbread recommended in this book? Just trying to find a way to have a sandwich along for boat trips, etc., for convenience factors, while sticking to mostly no carbs at home.
You can always ask Subway about the bread; although I doubt the employees would know. Ordering a Subway salad is another option. You can get it with meat and cheese, and it is low FP. Or, you can pack your own sandwich using low FP bread.
JL What is a low FP bread? I have read front, back and sideways on this website and I am still not clear on this? Are there any commercial brands? I get that I can try a bit of baguette if I am not gluten intellerant, but what is this elusive low FP bread?Tx!
