    Hi,

    I just want to start off by saying that the fast tract diet works and want to thank Dr. Norm for such great advice and for helping lpr sufferers.

    I’ve been on the diet for a week now and noticing a big improvement on symptoms however as a person who enjoys weight lifting limiting carbs is not an option for me. If i incorporate a gluten free diet to maintain my carb intake would that be allowed?

    Absolutely Christian. GF limits gluten-containing grains. Not only does it remove gluten, but wheat, rye and barley grains also contain fiber, resistant starch, and some FODMAPs as well. GF will support a low FP diet. But you need to be careful not to consume too many non-gluten grains that are higher FP such as some rices, corn and other grains.
