I think this recipe can be modified to low FP dessert by using the Splenda/Stevia baking sweetener instead of sugar, omitting the cocoa powder/coffee bean garnish at the end, and using a flavoring instead of the Irish Cream liquor (vanilla, almond extract, or even Irish Cream flavoring).
