I was wondering if anyone could recommend a brand of rice bread that is low amylose that they have tried? I am gluten intolerant and have eaten rice bread in the past, but did not know that some are high and low amylose. How do you know which is which? I am on my second round of antibiotics and just tested positive for SIBO again. Thank you for your help.

I would also love to hear if anyone has found a low amylose rice bread. I, too, am gluten intolerant and need to find a gluten-free bread that’s intestine-friendly. If anyone has found such a bread, please let us know!

Norm was talking about tapioca possibly being better.. so these might work??
http://www.ener-g.com/tapioca-loaf-thin-sliced.html has rice flour and tapioca, doubt it is amazing, but might be ok toast.
and http://www.chebe.com/ might work, they are mixes and frozen dough.
