To those who have been successful on the Fast Tract, ror someone with entrenched SIBO (having fought it for years), how long should one try to keep Fermentation Potential below 20? It’d be nice to expand a bit so as to include more veggies and live on something other than jasmine rice and protein.JaemeParticipantFebruary 9, 2015 at 4:23 amPost count: 348
Sorry to say Grae Bird, each person’s gut is unique, so there is no set answer to your question. Some are able to increase after the two-week baseline diet, others have to go longer. Just try adding in one thing at a time, or increase the amount of a safe food one at a time and see how it goes. Try upping the FP by 5 points, or no more than 10 points for a week, and see what your response is. Hope you can increase soon!
