Love your book it really helps sort thru all the different diets and it makes sense.
I do have a question though, so are you saying that higher glycemic index foods are more digestible then low glycemic foods.

could I ust check on something here – I eat lots of jasmine rice – though usuallly as part of a meal and with fat/oil melted through (and often salad dressing, as vinegar supposedly changes GI). I am also often eating it with protein. Am doing Ok LPR wise, but have lost alot of weight and really need the rice to keep my carb intake up and avoid ketosis (also for enough calories as I do a fair bit of exercise). How much should I worry about this in terms of blood sugar & type II diabetes, do you know or have any advice? (am definitely on the thin side – so not at risk from that side of things)
