When is the app due? I wonder possibly in the future, if apps could be personalised per country. I am in Sweden and when I see Breyers Lactose-free ice-cream and no substitute, it stresses me out a bit. I am new to the diet and don’t want to make any mistakes (I suffer from LPR).Norm RobillardKeymasterNovember 16, 2015 at 12:05 pmPost count: 438
App update: We are working hard to release the app in android (by early December) and I-phone app soon after. In addition to listing over 800 foods, there will be search by categories, by voice recognition, by alphabetized list or by FP value within categories. You can enter foods / FP values into daily meal plans and also enter symptoms you experiences. This information can then be tracked in a graphic form by week or by month. There is also a shopping list function and ton’s of concise information about the Fast Tract Diet approach, troubleshooting, dining out and about SIBO and dysbiosis. I have been testing the app and it’s lots of fun. I hope you enjoy it. For the time being, the app will be available in English
