You may want to add some supplement with your diet. Particularly probiotics or enzymes. I’ve been going through some heavy acid reflux and bloating and tried adding the Ultimate Digestive Enzymes of Natural Goal. I can tell you that I can eat heavy meals and still digest food and feel less bloated and gas. I take it before I eat like about 15 minutes before every meal. This should be taken every meal either before or after eating. Would be better if you consult with your health care professional before trying it or any other supplement.
