Thanks for posting your story and great to see you are getting some good input from JI and Bearsmom. Getting off PPIs is important, but there is one caveat. If symptoms persist for some time – say two or three months, that indicates that you are still having reflux and it’s source/cause needs to be chased down and addressed.
