Sorry to say Grae Bird, each person’s gut is unique, so there is no set answer to your question. Some are able to increase after the two-week baseline diet, others have to go longer. Just try adding in one thing at a time, or increase the amount of a safe food one at a time and see how it goes. Try upping the FP by 5 points, or no more than 10 points for a week, and see what your response is. Hope you can increase soon!
