Bearsmom- FT carbs I used at first to get out of ketotsis were jasmine rice, english muffin, and baguette (small amounts, such as 1/4-1/2 c. cooked rice, one half english muffin, or 1 inch slice of baguette). I can still eat about that much of those without LPR symptoms. I am also still using the amylase enzyme if I eat those on occasion.
