Pam yogurt has most all teh lactose digested by the microbes! Also cream and butter and hard cheese are very low in lactose. Many people can tollerate a tiny bit. It would be nice if you try it to get a little variety. I lOVE yogurt an macadamia nuts for breakfast with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top!
