Oh, one more thing is I have read reports (Through Chris Kresser and some other places) that quality sources of absorbable magnesium may be beneficial, because once the body has adequate stores, (say over many months of supplementation) this can improve bowel function. So this would be sources such as glycinate and mag chloride I beleive.
