When discussing levels of protein and carbs, I was referring to the quantities recommended for moderately intense weight training, which is 2/3 of your bodyweight in grams of protein per day, and plenty of complex carbs (whole wheat, brown rice ect) to increase calorie intake, which would cause reflux and/or candida growth. I am curious if anyone has found a specific routine and diet that works well with this type of condition, while allowing for weight training? So far, it seems like having GERD, Hiatal Hernia, ect. is incompatible with most weight training and anaerobic exercise.
