Andrea THANKS so much for that analysis. I will heed your advice and steer clear of it for now as I am doing some hard work here staying true to the diet! You wrote: “I think this is relatively high compared to alternatives”. WHICH alternatives?? Jasmine rice flour? I am hoping there is something I can bake with going forward. I hate having lots of different flour products in the house. Is there one that is safe I can use sparingly for myself and my family? THANKS!
