Sounds like you’re taking some good steps Bearsmom. As you process less fermentable carbs, there will be less microbial activity and smaller – perhaps less frequent – BMs. But if you’re uncomfortable, that’s different. How is your activity level? Exercise may also help but don’t forget extra hydration as needed.
