Well, my gas is reduced by 90%, and my bloating is gone! My BMs tho have slowed down quite a bit!! I am taking 400mg of magnesium so I will try increasing that to 800 for a while. I am eating some cashews, and will increase those to 30 which is about 2 ounces (i think that is the limit for nuts?). I am eating plenty of green veggies and fats. I think I just had such a tremendous amount of methane producing, constipation causing bacteria that it is going to take a while to turn around. I am trying to drink plenty of water and start my day with a big glass of warm water.
Is there anything else I am missing? I HATE constipation and worry it will undo my progress!!!
