This is interesting, thanks for sharing. I hope someone tries this and posts an update. I am too early in the diet to expiriment, LOL.
In my doctor’s clinical practice, she gets pretty good results when people make “poop soup” LOL. This is celery, cabbage, brocolli, small amount of onion, steamed and the pureed (hopefully with emersion blender), seasoned with favorite seasonings and butter or olive oil. This is basically a whole ton of cellulose. It actually makes a very nice soup for any meal of the day. I don’t know why, but cashews help too!
