I agree with Jaeme and Bearsmom Croline. If you are still having symptoms (be it LPR or other), cutting back on the grains, starches (even easy to digest rice can be a problem early on) and milk (even lactose free milk has oligosaccharides) for a week or two. Hang in there. You have others supporting your efforts to improve your health.
