Thanks for looking into this. Yes, how to compensate for gluten, that’s a good question. With all the flourless cakes, and other gluten free recipes, there has to be a way to make a low FP bread with less or now wheat. As for arrowroot, the FP is 10 grams for 1/4 cup (32 grams).
