Jaime I think I need to start a separate thread for this, but wanted to address it to you since you mentioned using kefir. I wanted to ask you if you use sugar or glucose for your kefir. Have just started making kefir and am feeling I should be conservative and assume that the FP relates to the sugar put in. For Kombucha which I am also making this can lead to high FP’s. Do not want to lose too many to these so interested if glucose/dextrose works. Thanks. Might start a thread on this, but may not really be FTD – opinions valued……
