I don’t have more info on rice pasta other than that published in the book tables. One thing is clear to me. It’s better than wheat-based pasta. I suggest just trying some – eat slow and chew well – and control all other dietary variables. On watermelon, it has a high GI and therefor has a low FP. It may have some FODMAPs, but they should be relatively low amounts. Otherwise, it would have a lower GI. I recommend trying some and see how you feel.
