Sorry for typos- using phone to enter today. About monolaurin, I have been drinking coconut milk mixed with kefir (about half and half, with a splash of cream) at almost every meal. Also cook with coconut oil or add to smoothie. So getting some momolaurin I guess. Have not tried the pure form- let us know if you try it.
