Well, my experience was this. My symptoms got much better after reading Norm’s first book ‘Heartburn Cured’, but I still had periods of some burning and burping. After reading the second book ‘Fast Tract Digestion’, I realized that there might be too much fibre in my diet. I eliminated things like flaxseeds, chia seeds etc from my smoothies, dark chocolate, which used to be my healthy go to treat, and that finally worked and took the rest of the symptoms away.
