HealthyNow- thank you for sharing your experience. I am glad you found the FT Diet and it is helping you! I actually felt better/more energy once I started the FT, because I was previously on the “medically recommended gold standard” diet for LPR – Dropping Acid Diet. It literally almost killed me. I lost 20 lbs. in a week and a half, was so shaky and weak, and my LPR got much worse. If I hadn’t been through that first, I don’t think I would have dropped as low as I am now. I lost weight at a much slower rate once I started the FT diet, and having fats back made me feel stronger and more energy. My regular diet before all of this was similar to the FT diet except I was eating all the “healthy whole grains” you are “supposed” to eat. I think I have leveled off, but I would like to put some weight back on and build back some muscle. Thank you for the weblink above – will check it out. 🙂
