Jaeme–I snack on small amounts of nuts during the day. They are calorie laden. I also have some dry red wine with dinner, within FT limits. Alcohol is high calorie, plus I enjoy wine. 🙂 I have been consuming some coconut oil, too. I don’t like it’s consistency, so melt it in a little hot water and then sip. I try to have some lactose free ice cream after dinner, or make the cheesecake from the Fast Tract Heartburn recipe section. I understand your concern about weight. My weight declined to the point where I currently wear size “0” pants, and sometimes they are a little baggy. But, adding the high calorie food has allowed me to maintain my current weight.
