I posted more about my experience in the challenges thread. I started with just 1 TBS per day and worked up to 4 TBS per day fairly quickly. I tried for 2 weeks, but I had diarrhea pretty much the whole time and had to quit. No, I did not lose any weight, which was sort of surprising. I was not replacing sweets with something else, other than potato starch. It was nice to have control over my sweet tooth, but I couldn’t take the diarrhea which was getting worse.
