What does LPR stand for?

If its the acid coming back up the oesophagus I deal with that by having more acid (betaine hydrochloride). The theory behind it was that the gut wasn’t producing enough acid to digest the food and when fermentation happened the food wasn’t in a sufficiently digested form to pass on so the gut burps it up instead of down. I don’t know if it is true, just that the extra acid worked for me.
